Andy has over 30 years B2B and B2C sales experience covering a wide range of products and services including Executive Search, Foreign Exchange, Telecoms, Digital Storage and a plethora of Carbon Reduction technologies. Experienced in both growing and running sales teams as well as key account development/Principal Sales consultant roles. Common themes are cost reduction and service improvement utilising modern and innovative methodologies.
Andy has run several businesses of his own, gaining valuable experience of multi-tasking, adapting quickly to change and overcoming barriers. For example, Andy took 3 years out of the ‘white collar’ world to buy a passenger boat, qualify as a Captain and successfully run the business, increasing passenger footfall by over 300% before selling for a profit.

Life Beyond Work

Andy was very competitive at sports as a younger man including Rugby, Cricket, Hockey and Squash, reaching Scotland’s under 21 team at Squash. Today, Andy gets his exercise by walking his two dogs and likes to swim when possible. With four grown children and one granddaughter, Andy enjoys all aspects of family life.
